There is also a pull-out couch for 2 more people. All beds are double beds. There is a separate cot for babies. There is a nice children's playground right in front of the house.

Axams offers a perfect location with great connections to Innsbruck 9 km away (bus ride 25 min), as well as the ski and hiking area Axamer Lizum for active vacationers.

The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

The ski resort "Axamer Lizum" can be reached by ski bus or in 15 minutes by car. The area is especially popular with mountain lovers for short to longer hiking tours. Innsbruck is 20 minutes away by car, but also easily accessible by public transport. Bus stop "Axams Apotheke/M-Preis" 12 min. away. Parking available.

In the heart of the western low mountain range lies the picturesque Götzens. My place is centrally located in a quiet location. Innsbruck is a 15-minute bus or car ride away. Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.

Als wir vor vielen Jahren erstmals an diesem Ort mitten im Wanderparadies waren, ist es sofort um uns geschehen: der Geruch nach Naturwiese, die Ruhe des Waldes, Natur pur, die Ski- und Rodelpiste in unmittelbarere Nähe. Und dabei doch nur 2 Gehminuten bis ins Dorf, 10 Fahrminuten und schon bist du in Innsbruck. Wir haben das alte Haus lange renoviert und eine wunderschöne Wohnung im Alpine Vintage Stil eingerichtet.
