Rated 2 stars in furnished tourism, I offer my little 26 m2 paradise facing Mont Blanc, warm and equipped for 1 to 4 people located on the 1st floor of a chalet with balcony that will offer you a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc. 5 minutes from the ski slopes in winter (free shuttle in the residence) and heated pool in summer right in front of the chalet (open from July 1 to September 1). Village/Shops 8 km away, thermal baths and SNCF train station in Saint-Gervais-les-Bains 11 km away.

Wifi, TV, games, fondue and raclette set, etc. You can exit by the elevator from the 5th floor at the foot of the residence or enjoy the owner exit directly from the 5th side of the mountain. Imagine in winter, you go skiing outside the door.

A break in Morzine – apartment for 4/5 people

We offer an apartment on the heights of Morzine towards Avoriaz, allowing you to enjoy exceptional views of the valley and the ski area. 5 beds are possible, the recommended capacity is 4 people. It was updated in 2021. The residence is quiet. At the foot of the residence you will find a bus stop for line C. A vehicle is recommended. The residence has a heated communal swimming pool open from 15/06 to 15/09.

In summer, you can enjoy the residence's swimming pool (heated in July and August) to relax in the sun. In winter, the free shuttle bus departing from the foot of the building takes you directly to the Morzine-Les Gets area (from December 21, 2024 to March 30, 2025).

Lakefront apartment

Apartment on the shores of Lake Geneva, small but completely renovated, with a private swimming pool in the building, private parking for one car, a private beach on the lake, however it is necessary to have a vehicle to get around, especially to go to Switzerland (quite far from Geneva airport or the city of Lausanne, with frequent traffic jams). Public transport is complicated and underdeveloped.
