Sea bliss is a brand new studio apartment located under our house that is one house back from the ocean. Sea bliss has a queen sized bed, small kitchen, refrigerator, tv, wifi, full bathroom, an outside shower and sitting area. The location is on a very quiet street in north Avon with a large beach right out front and the sound just down the road. There is a windsurf shop, shops, bar/ restaurant, and kayak rentals right across the street. If you are also into star gazing then this is perfect!

Fall is finally here:) Enjoy marsh views with an ocean backdrop from the covered porch of our little modern beach house. Designed and built by my husband and myself, the Surf Bug features handcrafted details including cypress trim, hardwood floors, and butcher block countertops. We encourage you to kick off your shoes, unplug, and walk down to the beach—just three minutes walk without crossing any streets. I am a meticulous cleaner, and the white 100% cotton bedding is percale, made in Portugal.

Enjoy the multi level outdoor deck with lush landscape or hang out upstairs with floor to ceiling windows and a perfect view of the Rodanthe Pier. The interior exhibits wide plank pine floors, cypress ship lap & custom hickory stairs with mahogany inlay and live cedar accents. The kitchen has concrete counters and a farm sink.

Welcome to the "OBX Treehouse," only steps away from the most beautiful stretch of beach in the Outer Banks north of Avon's pier. Explore all of the great restaurants, shops, activities, and bars nearby. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy the 55” 4K Smart TV and new upper deck where you can watch the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the sound. Note: There is ABSOLUTELY no smoking allowed on the property. This includes inside the house, outside on the decks, and on the grounds.
