Alboi's little house

This villa is a restored house, located in one of the typical neighborhoods of the city center of aveiro. It is about 200 meters from the channel of the city where you can see the moliceiros. In the area can be found the vast majority of services since the house is very central. Great for resting, having a good time and walking through the city center. In this house you will find plenty of space inside and a terrace at the back of the house.

Enjoy a peaceful break in Aguda, an authentic fisherman's village located 15km away from Porto. The house is full of light with its 3 bedrooms and 2 balconies, all offering a relaxing and rejuvenating sea view. The house is calm and fully equipped for full comfort. Aguda's train station is 5 min walk from the house and trip to Porto takes 20 min. You'll find supermarkets, a variety of restaurants and a wonderful bakery 50 meters away.

'Cagareu' is the local name given to fisherman in Aveiro. This is an elegant and neat typical Aveiro downtown house, with all touristic attractions, amazing restaurants and nightlife around the corner. Located in a traditional Aveiro neighborhood having the park and 'ria' just across the street. Unfortunately during this time the park is occupied by construction works for future improvement of the area what affects the neighbourhood
