Casa Marmota is a renovated cabin, where you can connect with nature inside the forest and relax listening to the river and birds. The house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a campfire area, a whirlpool tub, a barbecue area, an outdoor dining room, a TV room, and internet. It is located just a 3-minute drive from Avandaro's main street. You'll need to go down several steps to get to the house, as it's located in front of the river. Not suitable for people with limited mobility or older adults.

Beautiful family cottage very well located, overlooking the lake, 100 meters from the entrance to Valle de Bravo and a 15-minute walk from the baseboard. It is in the middle of a spacious and beautiful garden, full of flowers and fruit trees. It has a private pool with solar heating and a boiler and a terrace with a barbecue allows you to enjoy the spectacular view The place is of a lot of peace and silence.
