There is an extra room that is a pass through room going upstairs ( this room isn’t private , though does have a sleeper sofa). The kitchen has new appliances with gas stove, dishwasher and attached laundry room. This home is great for families, large groups and corporate retreats.

The house is also one block from the supermarket and a few blocks from the pier and beach.
