Burgundy winegrower house of 110m 2, with fenced garden, terrace with garden lounge and an outbuilding that can accommodate 2 cars. The large fully equipped kitchen will allow you to have your meals with your family. The living room with its library , television and children's games. The rooms are very spacious, and I put at your disposal all the baby equipment, mattress bed, bed linen, changing mattress, bath seat. A wifi connection is available in the house.

The fiber optic wifi connection will allow you to telecommute. Ideally located 5 minutes from Auxerre and 1.5 hours from Paris, you will discover the region: the vineyards of Chablis, Irancy, Vezelay, Morvan, Guédelon, the lakes...
