Demeure de 220m² avec parc de 1 ha pouvant accueillir 12 personnes avec 5 chambres (9 lits dont deux lits d’appoint) deux salles de bain et un cabinet de toilette, 3 WC, une piscine chauffée, un terrain de pétanque, une salle à manger d'extérieur avec barbecue et parasol chauffant. Cette maison est surveillée et possède une alarme qui sera bien évidemment arrêtée lors des locations mais qui peut être réactivée à la demande des locataires si ces derniers s’absentent.

Spacious 7 bedrooms. Situated in the Auvergne close to the volcanoes. There are plenty of activities, lakes, swimming, fishing etc close to. At the property heated swimming pool, snooker room, mezzanine, cinema, with over 100 dvds, (functions with Wifi &USB). Outside summer kitchen, plancha, 2 fridge/ freezer/ sinks/BBQ (also fully equipped interior kitchen). Garden table sits 20 people, patio, play area, childrens toys. Weekends all day Sunday included.
