Enjoy the 2nd floor of our family home. It is a mansion built in the late 19th century. You have the entire 160 m2 apartment to yourself. In the city center of Beaupréau, 10 minutes from the entrance to Cholet, 35 minutes from the entrance to Nantes, 45 minutes from Angers, 20 minutes from the banks of the Loire, 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 1 hour 20 minutes from the Ocean. There are 2 bedrooms to choose from out of the 5, (for 5 beds max + 1 baby) a recreation room/kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet.

La maison est située à la campagne . C'est une maison rénovée dans une ancienne batisse agricole avec du charme Au milieu des champs et des vignes ,vous passerez un sejour au calme, le chant des oiseaux toute la journée, des grenouilles le soir en été . A 5mn du bourg avec les commerces essentiels. Composée de 3 chambres, d'une grande piece de vie ,cuisine equipée, salle de bain et wc separé. La salle de bain a été adaptée pour l'accueil de PMR. Terrasse,parking, terrain de jeux de boules.
