La Pomme Verte is a lovely place in the Vallée de Risle, a half-timbered house with a beautiful garden full of trees and flowers. The cottage offers a beautiful, bright living area. Tastefully decorated, with contemporary furniture and fully equipped. Large living room and open-plan kitchen on the ground floor. Separate bathroom and toilet. Townhouse on large wooded plot

Entire house, adjoining mine where I live alone with a child, on a fenced and wooded plot of 6000 m2 crossed by a stream. Quietly located in the countryside and a 10-minute walk to the city center of Brionne (all shops and market twice a week) and the train station. Great walks, GR, forests are accessible on foot, and greenways for bicycles nearby (possibility of making bicycles available). Fresh eggs and vegetables from the garden are regularly available.
