Located in the heart of the historic district, a 10-minute walk to the train station, its unobstructed view overlooks the castle, cathedral and "Jacquemart" clock tower. The city is full of historical and cultural attractions within walking distance. Shops, ... and Friday and Sunday markets are just around the corner. 30 minutes from the Pal.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

A large sofa offers the 5th bed. A fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room, offers an ideal living space to enjoy a hearty breakfast.

This pretty, comfortable and renovated townhouse is located in a quiet area, close to all shops. Ideal for 4-6 people, the house is a stone's throw from the CNCS and a few minutes' walk from the historic center. Parking is very easy and totally free in front of the house. The accommodation does not have an outdoor area but is very close to the banks of Allier, which have recently been fitted out with playgrounds and barbecues.
