Large apartment ideally located, nice view

Pleasant 2 rooms of 50m2 for 6 people, very well equipped and located on the 2nd floor of a pleasant residence located in front of snow at the foot of the slopes and golf course. A large and large balcony facing south and east will offer you a magnificent view not overlooked on the glacier of the Muzelle. 2 outdoor parking spaces. The residence The Janremon offers a departure and return skiing (Devil's TS at 30m), both quiet and close to the resort center (Place de l'alpe Venosc 3 Minutes walk).

Keep it simple at this peaceful and idyllically located mountainside house with rustic interior, this small house is full of character. Main living room / kitchenette on ground floor. Steep enclosed stairs to first floor. Two double bedrooms and a shower room. Small unfenced garden with stunning views. Just 200m walk to the chair lift (links to Alpe d'huez ski area Dec to March) Cycling, Tour de France, walking, climbing, kayaking, swimming in surrounding area. Shops and market in local town.

Newly finished modern ground floor suite in local family house with sunny patio/garden/bbq access on the uphill edge of the tiny quiet hameau of Ventelon. One bedroom with queen size bed and single bunk with additional single bed/sofa in living area (baby bed/high chair also available) with views to the high summits. Fully equipped kitchen with induction cooking/oven. Perfect base for direct ski touring/hiking/paragliding access to the fabulous terrain on the sunny side of the valley.

Appartement avec vue magnifique et 20 mètre du nouveau télémix « le Diable », et à côté le guichet pour récupérer le ski pass. Parking de copropriété fermé. Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. Canapé lit confortable avec sommier à lattes (2 personnes) et coin montagne superposé (2 personnes). ⚠️⚠️⚠️Attention travaux façade Mai à Octobre donc pas d’acces au balcon ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Large studio with a view

In the heart of the Auris resort, you are housed in a vast studio, recently renovated (parquet, electric roller shutters, double glazing). The many interior storage areas are easy. You enjoy all the equipment: flat screen, filter coffee maker and Tassimo, traditional ovens and microwave, umbrella bed...You have unobstructed views of the mountains, optimal sunshine, and a large balcony with its furniture. The communal swimming pool, heated,is 2 steps away.

Direct access to the slopes (100m), close to the ESF gathering and the "Jandri Express" and "Diable" ski lifts. Apartment 6/8 pers. of 49 m² new and cozy in the large estate of Alpe d 'Huez, in the family resort of Auris en Oisans. Facilities in the immediate vicinity (shops, ski school, children's club...). Skiing at the feet, slopes at 50m. We were charmed by this small family friendly resort with a large ski area, beautiful surroundings and multiple summer activities. We were keen to furnish the apartment in a practical, comfortable, and convivial way.

Situé sur le grand domaine skiable de l’Alpe d’Huez dans la station familiale d’Auris en Oisans, Résidence face à la piscine ouverte toute l’année située et à proximité des commerces. La résidence est munie de casiers à skis et d'un stationnement gratuit à 100m Studio spacieux et fonctionnel, entièrement rénové en 2023. Bien équipé, sans moquette. Le balcon plein sud disposant d'un mobilier de jardin offre une superbe vue dégagée.

Our apartment has stunning views of the slopes and the mountain. Access to the Alpe d'Huez ski area via the Auris Express at the bottom of the building, skis on. The bedroom is well insulated and the sleeping area with bunk beds is separated from the living room by a blackout curtain and a door. Our apartment is ski-in and has a ski locker. It is also close to all shops, equipment rental, daycare and various activities.
