Small charming house very well equipped, in the town center, close to shops, with terrace in a large enclosed garden. Quiet and comfort assured in a typical Breton environment: alleys, granite, church, washhouse... Numerous possibilities for walking and cycling (bikes available). Ideal for rest, green and cultural tourism, discovering Morbihan between land and sea. Auray 15 minutes away (TGV station 10 minutes away), Vannes, Lorient, Quiberon, the Gulf and the beaches 30 minutes away.

La maison est située dans une ruelle à 150m du rivage et 250m du port de plaisance de Ste Catherine. Petite vue sur le quartier et vers les bateaux depuis la fenêtre du bureau . Des arrêts de bateaux-bus et bus vers Port Louis, Gâvres, Lorient (correspondance vers l'île de Groix) sont à proximité ainsi que des commerces et des aires de jeux. A pied, à vélo, en voiture, découvertes natures, culturelles, randonnées, sans oublier les plages et les remparts de Port Louis à 3.5kms... :)

Hébergement de plus de 140 m2 vue mer sur La Baie des Anges. Baignée de lumière,la maison a été rénovée en 2022 avec un petit look style Californien. Elle est située entre bourg et plage. C’est parfait pour les groupes ou en famille,où l’on peut se déplacer aisément à pieds ou en vélo. Jardin arboré équipé d’une terrasse suspendue et d’un petit coin barbecue. C’est un endroit paisible qui respire les vacances pour les amateurs de sports de glisse ,de vélos ou juste plagiste.

Lovely house ((50m2) close to shops, the beach, and the train station. Put your bags down, you no longer need to take the car! You will appreciate this place for its calm, because this pretty little house is protected at the bottom of a alley with a pretty south-facing garden, enclosed by walls. It consists of a ground floor bedroom with a 140 bed. A mezzanine ( ** miller's ladder, not suitable for young children) with two 90 beds, and a shower room.

Completely renovated farmhouse in the town center, close to all shops, beaches and a city park (petanque court, basketball, ping ping pong...) Plouhinec is a small town that is part of the large dune site, Gâvres, Quiberon. 2 beaches have the Pavillon Bleu label. You can fully enjoy the surroundings as it is located not far from Carnac Quiberon, Larmor Plage, Lorient, Port Louis... Many activities and hikes are nearby. Tourist office about 250 m away.

It is located a 5-minute walk from the village of Baden, facing the golf course and at the foot of many hiking trails.
