Charming country residential village located between Nîmes and Montpellier, 30 min drive to Grau-du-Roi, La Grande-Motte or Aigues-Mortes (fortified city known for its salt marshes). A place you don't want to miss!

37 m² cottage in Aubais, between Nîmes and Montpellier, directly overlooking the garrigue. The sea is 25 minutes away (La Grande Motte and Le Grau-du-Roi). You will have a recent habitat with all the comforts: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, sofa bed, terrace and a mini pool. The bathroom features a large 140/90 shower and toilet. Les Songes d'Augustine is an old lady who puts on her Sunday best, it's the sweetness of her flowery and shaded patio, it's a pretty kitchen equipped because it has the taste of the South.
