You will have the opportunity to be in contact with nature, enjoying the most authentic part of Asturias and at the same time you will have a fully furnished modern studio with a wonderful view of the entire Narcea Valley. 2 bedroom apartment with mountain view, living room, dining room, a double room and the other with two personal beds. Full bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Shampoo, gel, toilet paper and handheld gel are provided courtesy, the replacement by the guest. Linens and bath linens are included that are changed every third day at the request of the tenant. The towels in the room do not go to the spa area, pool towel or bathrobe rental service is available. Approximately 60 m2, with kitchen equipped for the number of guests in the accommodation. Cottage from 1900s restored, old cider press facility (lagar). Available for 8 adults and 4 children. Small Paradise for enjoying the nature and disconnect from daily stress, very peaceful place. Situated into a protected forest belonging to Villaviciosa council (Asturias), inside the Cider production region, and 800m close to Playa España beach (at 12 minutes by foot). To let weekly the whole villa and stay almost during 1 week or more, checkin only on saturday or sunday. Pets not accepted.

The city of Avilés is 7 kms away and it takes half an hour to get either to Oviedo or to Gijón. There are big supermarkets and grocery shops 1 mile from the house.
