La Bodega (the cellar) de Casa del río is an independent one-bedroom apartment with private bathroom, kitchen and living room, built on a ground floor. The kitchen is equipped to cook your own simple meals (but not oven/microwave). The apartment is basic and minimalist, but it’s also very comfortable and has everything you need for a enjoyable and simple stay. The apartment has views to the valley, a private terrace with amazing views and an independent entrance. You can also use the common areas and the big garden. Please be aware that the apartments do not have washing machine, TV or microwave/oven. If you can’t live without those, this may not be the perfect place for your stay. Phone signal and wifi work perfectly and are quite reliable. Casa del río is the perfect way to scape the noise and experience first-hand living a simple and sustainable life in an Asturias village off the beaten track. The property is ideal for people who want to be away from the noise and crowds, as it is quite isolated and the village of Xio has no services at all. Closest services are a bar/restaurant/swimming pool 10min by car, and shops, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, petrol station, etc…20min by car.

Just like home! Comfortable for family/children on the Asturian coast

Stylish 70 m2 apartment aimed at families with children, very cozy and sunny: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Also comfortable for couples due to the spaciousness of its master bedroom and the quality of its furniture. Modern building without architectural barriers with private parking in the garage area and with direct access to the apartment (included in the price). You'll find yourself in the accommodation as if you were at home!

It is in a privileged location, located in the center of Ribadesella, just a 7-minute walk to Atalaya Beach and 11 minutes from Santa Marina Beach. Next to the apartment you have free public parking areas.

Great beachfront apartment!! Very nice ocean view. Nice in summer and quiet in winter. The direct view and the sound of the sea provide a lot of calm. Ideal for couples, couples with a baby (baby services included) and also for families with 2 children. Perfect for enjoying a few pleasant days in Asturias. Water sports in summer and beach walks in winter.
