This typical stone house of the region is located in the Regional Natural Park of the Causses du Quercy (Lot 46), in the municipality of Espagnac-Saint-Eulalie, one of the prettiest villages in the Célé Valley. Comfortable, easy to live in, it offers a pleasant terrace where you can share good grilled meats and a large garden of 5,000 m2, with a splendid view of the causse. From the house you can go hiking or go swimming in the clear waters of the Célé, 5 min walk.

The La Bergerie de Gréalou cottage offers 70 m² consisting of 2 bedrooms with a private shower room and a living room with an open kitchen. Renovated in 2025, we wanted to offer modern comfort while respecting the authenticity of the place. The private outdoor space will accommodate your meals and leisure time. The Pescalerie Mill

The property includes a dwelling house built against the cliff and an unrestored mill built on a resurgence, with a pool of clear water and a beautiful waterfall. You will stay in the house which can accommodate 8 people without fear of disturbing the neighbors. The beds are distributed upstairs between a bedroom with a double bed and sink and a large bedroom equipped with 3 double beds + another double bed in the mezzanine, under the roof.
