The central location means that every point of interest is within walking distance, from Piazza Marina to the Cathedral, passing through the Quattro Canti. The large living room has a separate entrance, private bathroom, small kitchen and balcony overlooking Via della Loggia; it has a double bed on the mezzanine and a sofa bed.

Below the house, there is an equipped beach, pharmacy, bakery, banks, bars, restaurants, and pizzerias. Bus stops and taxi service behind the house, to reach Palermo in 15 minutes. On foot or by free shuttle, you can reach the square of the village of Mondello.
