Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

The location is close to everything but still quiet and nice. We have fast WiFi as well as Netflix, DVD and X-Box. Small apartment in an old half-timbered house just outside the wall of medieval Åhus. The apartment forms a separate part of the residential building with its own entrance, two rooms and its own shower room. In one room, there is a small kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, egg cooker and toaster. Car can be parked on the lawn outside the entrance. There is also garden furniture.

Our cottage is 40 sqm. and is close to city center, art and culture, restaurants and food. You can easily walk to the sea which is only 500 meters away with its nice sandy beach. You'll like our place because of the location and the view. The place can accommodate couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and four-legged friends (pets).

Scenic area with forest and valleys very close to many sights including Yangtorp and Skåne's highest waterfall in a hiking area called Forsakar. About 16 km to the sea with long beaches. Close to Haväng,Brösarps Backar and Kiviks musteri on Österlen and a very beautiful nature conservation area with the sea that meets the rocks.
