Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Close to a rich outdoor life. Lakes with paddling and fishing. Hiking trails and many nice excursion destinations. On site, you can rent a kayak or boat from me through my company Ling Fritid. It's a maximum of 5 minutes down to the harbor. Fishing can be done there, or take the boat/kayak out on a trip. Our nice house is located in Vik, Hestra, with stunning panoramic views of the lake and a peaceful feeling amidst the trees. Private swimming area in the area and just a few minutes walk to Hestraviken Spa. The house is close to Isaberg, which offers mountain biking and other outdoor activities in summer and skiing in winter – a perfect year-round destination for the whole family. The house has spacious open spaces inside and outside for socializing and relaxing. 3 double beds, 1 loft bed and the possibility to sleep on the sofa.

Cozy private outbuilding in rural Småland environment

Unwind in this surface-imated, unique and quiet accommodation of 16 sqm in the countryside in a typical Småland setting. On the property, there are chickens, a cat, and rabbits. The WC and the shower completely newly built. Kitchen in very good standard. Fridge, freezer compartment, microwave, stove and oven are available. One 140 bed (fits two if you want to sleep close) plus an 80 mattress for the floor. In summer, there is the possibility to buy eggs and vegetables from the farm! Warm welcome!

Newly renovated cottage of 80 square meters that has recently undergone a total renovation. It accommodates up to 7 people, with beds in 3 bedrooms + a sofa bed with two beds. The cottage is located by a lake with a private jetty and wood-fired sauna (wood included) as well as a barbecue area to enjoy outdoor meals. The cottage has a patio on the front, a large balcony and a terrace where you can socialize, eat and sunbathe. Located about 15 minutes from Isaberg Mountain Resort.

Tree house in the Småland forest

A unique and peaceful home in the middle of the forest. In this tree house, you'll live up among the trees in a quiet, peaceful spot, with animals, birds, and nature as your neighbours. Here the noise level is quiet, it smells of forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right fit.
