Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Peaceful grassy retreat in the heart of Upper Michigan. Recharge in this relaxing country setting in a Rustic 12 X 20 Cabin. You also have access to our full size kitchen, bath house and outdoor shower. The cabin has a full bathroom. Frequent sightings of deer, turkeys and other wildlife among the many fruit and berry trees are common in the camps. Relax with the whole family and enjoy these peaceful surroundings. It's an open concept with sleeping up to seven. This is a converted log cabin schoolhouse with a playground, basketball court, ballfield and campground near by. Close access to Lake Superior, Huron and Keweenaw Bays, marinas, snowmobile, orv, skiing and hiking trails. Lake Superior access is close by. Second Sand Beach, Pt Abbaye, Michigan's Highest Point, Mt Arvon and a multitude of water falls are all out there to be enjoyed.

Secluded small farm house nestled in among maple, apple and pine trees. Lots of parking for trailers and guests. Wood burning Sauna on property. Just a short walk down the hill is our Private rock beach On Lake Superior with a fire pit to get cozy and watch the sunset. The main cabin also has a fire pit for your enjoyment. This is a quiet place with whitetail deer being the only thing to come and visit. Occasionally you’ll see bald eagles fly overhead looking for their dinner. Walking trails.

We have kayaks, SUP, and a canoe, plus a dock if you bring a small boat. After a day of hiking or fishing, nothing beats the private sauna. Picture yourself enjoying the warmth before a refreshing dip in the lake—or just relaxing with a view of the bay. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, so working from the cabin is a breeze.

Located 25 minutes north of Marquette, our yurt is simple and rustic without electricity and a woodstove is the only heat source. We provide bedding, water in buckets, a simple kitchen, a battery pack for string lights, and a sauna for warming the bones.
