Our house is ideally located for a holiday in the heart of the Arvert Peninsula, close to beaches and shops. With an area of 170m2, renovated in a "cocooning" spirit in early 2020, it is suitable for 2 to 3 families so that everyone finds his pleasure between the swimming pool, the flower garden and the outdoor games (pétanque, ping pong, Molkie), the games room, or the terrace. Not to mention the many interior amenities (2 living rooms, equipped kitchen, wifi).

Quiet, this charming 150m² family villa offers you a beautiful air-conditioned living space of 75m². It has 4 bedrooms with individual air conditioning, one of which is an extra one and another with a toilet and a vanity (cold water). The spacious bathroom consists of a shower with double washcloths and a bath. A south-facing terrace with 2 garden tables and barbecue will welcome you on 1500m² of land. The 10x4 pool is available and heated from May to September.

Quiet, between the beaches of Saint Palais (7 min), and the banks of the Seudre in Mornac (3 min by car). 5 min walk to all the shops in the village. Great for a relaxing stay, our house has an outdoor swimming pool that opens onto a park in the middle of the fields. (Unheated pool) It also houses a Shala, yoga and meditation room, accessible to our guests on request.

Hello I rent this little house for 4 people It has a 9m2 full-foot terrace overlooking the residence's swimming pool The house has all the comforts to enjoy an ocean vacation (oven,microwave, senseo coffee machine, washing machine,dishwasher...) We have made the most of the space but this cocooning accommodation asks to know its co-vacationers well especially because there is only one large room upstairs with 2 beds
