Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Genießen Sie ein gutes Buch und eine Tasse Tee an der großen Panoramascheibe mit Blick ins Grüne. Möglicherweise kommt auch ein Reh vorbei..

The studio is located in historic Schiffmeisterhaus directly by river and offers beautiful views of Danube. Shops cafés and restaurants in the historic city center are just a few minutes’ walk away. Situated right next to the police academy, the studio is in a particularly safe environment. The Danube cycling path runs directly past the building, while nearby swimming spots along the Danube invite you to relax and cool off in summer. Bicycle storage and e-bike charging facilities are available.

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

Wer die Natur liebt findet in der Umgebung schöne Wander und Fahrradwege, zbsp Ysperklamm oder auf den Ostrong. Guter Ausgangspunkt nach Maria Taferl, Melk oder in die Wachau, alles ca 25min.

Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum von Melk im 1. Stock eines barocken Bürgerhauses. Sie ist 50 qm groß und besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche und Waschraum mit Dusche, Waschmuschel und WC. Auch ein Fön und ein Minitressor ist vorhanden. Vom Erkerwohnzimmer mit einer Holzdecke aus dem Jahre 1568 blicken Sie direkt auf die Fußgängerzone. Die Stufen der Sechsergasse neben dem Haus führen direkt zu unserem berühmten Stift Melk.
