Outside there is a sitting area with a fire-pit/BBQ and steps which lead down to your own path onto the estuary foreshore from where you are welcome to explore our many acres of land.

Walk from the house through fields, woods and an SSSI bog to Morfa Mawddach, then cross Barmouth Bridge on foot.
