With walking access in less than 5 minutes to the beach and in less than 3 minutes to the lagoon, the chalet is located on a paved and familiar street in Monte Alto, close to the neighborhood's shops and leisure square, also with walking access. There is 15/20 minutes of transportation to the center, as well as to Cabo Frio. An excellent functional and practical option for a good beach stay!

The condominium of the chalets has two swimming pools, one for children and the other for adults, we have an area with a barbecue. Inside the chalet there is a double bed and a bunk bed, we have a refrigerator, stove, air conditioning and fan, Wi-Fi, as well as utensils such as a coffee maker, pots, among others. There is a bakery and mini market nearby
