This cozy 16m² room features an individual en-suite bathroom, a sitting area/desk, and a private 18m² terrace, offering the charm of an attic-style room. The large wooden terrace, located on the upper floor, provides a privileged view of the lush countryside. Equipped with chairs, tables, and loungers, the terrace becomes a true living space during the warmer days. Bedding and towels are provided. You have a bedroom upstairs, 160 x 200 bed with reserved access to the bathroom. Veranda or kitchen to have your coffee, tea, etc. Private garden and parking, garage for motorcycle. Ideally located, in the heart of an exceptional site classified as a Historic Monument (Hodebert Castle) and close to the Loire Castles (Chambord, Cheverny, Amboise, Chenonceau, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau...), the Ecuries d'Hodebert are ideal for cultural and sports holidays or simply to enjoy the calm of the countryside. Carefully decorated, the house offers a very bright living room with a fireplace (wood provided). Heated swimming pool 16 m x 4 m.

Nice house in the quiet countryside, with a large flower garden, 3 km from the village of Parcé. Breakfast is included. Secure parking on the property. You can also enjoy the outdoors - garden terrace - weather permitting.

In Moncé-en-Belin, close to the 24 Hours circuit, south of Le Mans, we welcome you all year round in the calm and charm of the Belinoise countryside. 40 minutes from La Flèche Zoo, free admission or family pass depending on requests. Our renovated farmhouse is in a great location. You can also book our small cottage on the same property.
