The “Villa des Lardards” has many attractions to seduce you. Located on the banks of Lac du Bourget, you will undeniably be dazzled by its sumptuous setting. Its bright living room opens onto a large balcony with breathtaking views of the lake and its mountains. You will appreciate this vacation spot just a stone's throw from the small marina, the beach and the restaurant. Conjux, a small village nestled on the west shore of the lake, is the ideal place for those seeking calm and serenity.

The Manoir de Brénaz

Le Manoir de Brénaz is a large bourgeois house, completely renovated, located in the middle of a magnificent 6700 m2 wooded park. To relax, you can enjoy the huge 15 m x 7 m swimming pool with diving board, jacuzzi and sauna unless you prefer to recharge your batteries in one of the two hammocks. Guests can enjoy the comfort of the five air-conditioned bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find large, very bright spaces, kitchen and dining area overlooking the pool.

Located in the heart of Bugey, at the foot of the vineyards on a southern slope with stunning views of the Rhône and neighboring Dauphiné, Villa Farou will offer you an exceptional setting for your holidays and weekends. I live there and the village is located about 1 hour from Aix-les-Bains, Lyon, Annecy, Chambéry. In the village, you will find a greengrocer who also sells groceries and local products Access to immediate hiking trails, nearby lakes, ideal area for cyclists and hikers. Petanque and tennis court next to the accommodation.

Authentic country house

If you like the countryside and cows passing by the house, this place is for you! The house is in a small hilly village of about 160 inhabitants in Ain, 1 hour from Lyon, 600 m above sea level, ideal for its air quality. Located in the heart of the village, in a set of typical Bugey houses, the accommodation has been refurbished to the standards in force. Particular attention has been paid to the decoration, in natural materials to unwind.
