Our trailer is located on our large city property in old town Lake Stevens within a 5 min walk to the lake,restaurants and grocery and a 1 min bike ride to the 30 mile paved centennial trail.We also have frisbee golf park and school playground right across the street. She is small, clean and very affordable.We have fun loving dogs, yours are welcome too.We have a hot tub,sauna,cold plunge and fire pit for use. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.
