Gîte 3 épis - 15 pers (sleeps 19) This gîte (350 m² living area) was voted "Gîte of the Year 2013" by Gîtes de France. South of Auvergne and a few km from the Ardèche and Lozère. Altitude: 930m. This is an independent house with an enclosed plot of 600 sqm. We carefully renovated, respecting the original character, an old farmhouse dating back to 1882. We are installing a Nordic bath in 4/2026, 6 people, outside and heated with logs from our forests.

Courmarcès – Burlevent Gîte

Our atypical cottage is appreciated for its charm and authenticity. The 90 m² living room is perfect for getting together with family or friends, with a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful bar that brings a lot of conviviality. Outside, you can enjoy the terrace and the grounds facing the gîte with a breathtaking view of the entire Haute-Loire department. All 4 bedrooms have excellent quality mattresses. My grandfather's former house, the house has been completely renovated in recent years to offer you all the necessary comfort during your stay.
