View of the sea, the mountains, the bell tower and the old Collioure. Location very close to the center but far enough away from the seasonal crowds (10 minutes walk from the beach and the bell tower). Outdoor space-loggia, reversible ducted air conditioning, fitted kitchen, quality sound and heat insulation. Connected apartment. Secure parking.

F2 apartment with view and direct sea access. 1 bedroom, living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet There is a year-round caretaker, a private parking space in front of the residence, it is on the 4th floor with elevator access. Quiet place. Pavillon Bleu Keys handed over on site. Open for rent year-round. (sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided or extra on request). Contact me for several weeks to unblock the dates. (always with arrival and departure on Saturdays.)

Several hiking departures from the residence For the period of JULY and AUGUST, arrivals are only on SATURDAY from 4 p.m.
