A 75 m2 house distributed over three levels and featuring a separate kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom. It is an old building that has been completely renovated and equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, small appliances, dishes, bed linens, and towels. It has a closed patio with access from the kitchen to relax or eat outside and a balcony overlooking the street.

El Mayorazgo: Casa Montes. Palencia Mountains

El Mayorazgo is a rural tourism complex made up of three full rental houses, located in one of the most unique buildings in Cordovilla de Aguilar from which it takes its name. Originally from the 17th century, it is a complex mix of buildings that welcomed all the uses and needs of the rural agricultural and livestock economy of this area. A careful rehabilitation has resulted in three homes with very different personalities, based on a respectful transformation.

Casa La Herrera is a beautiful house on the banks of the Porma River, located in Villafruela del Condado, 20 km from León. The original 1949 house has been rebuilt preserving the old adobe structure. The spacious and charming garden, along with the heated pool, provide an idyllic setting for relaxation and enjoyment. Beautiful, fully restored country house in the Asturian mountains. 20 km from the Fuentes de Invierno and San Isidro ski resorts. It is fully equipped with a beautiful stone fireplace, gas stove, oven with grill, TV, two double bedrooms, full heated bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink. It also has a nice corridor on the first floor and a furnished porch with a barbecue included and parking space.

La Casita Druna Lee/Forests and waterfalls

The 50-square-meter house is on the floor of a building with two independent doors on the facade. One of them is the casita and the other opens onto a 5-bedroom house where more travelers stay. On the porch, you have a picnic table for your exclusive use.

A nest in the mountains

Tucked on a wild fertile mountain a 400 year old barn was renovated by artists with natural materials. It is crooked, it is colourful, it is wild and will throw you in an another universe for the time of your stay. You have to be nimble on your feet as the tiny access path is crooked and on a slope, and even the floor in the house tilted. A full immersion in a new world for total disconnection.

A rural stone and adobe house, ideal for families or friends, in the central area of the Palentina Mountain, with all amenities. Individual garden of 155 m2 overlooking the Peña Redonda, symbol of the area, and 3,000 m2 of land. Surrounded by nature as we are the last house in town.
