With original pine floors and beamed ceilings, as well as gorgeous timber and brick walls in the living room that add a charming glow to the space. The house has a new kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a new, delicate bathroom with shower. The place is well situated on a steep hill, has sun from morning to evening and views of water and boating. On the bottom is the place's dock with its own swimming ladder. Here are 150 sqm terraces, rooftop terrace and jacuzzi The sun can be enjoyed from the first moment in the morning, until 10 am in the evening. It is only one minute to the city center and all restaurants, cafes and shops. There is parking for three cars and the possibility to rent boat space 2 minutes from the house (Kunnskapshavna).
