A brand new house, which was designed for family and friends gatherings!!! The house has 4 great en-suites, an integrated environment between a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen. Outside, a wonderful balcony runs the entire length of the house, with a beautiful view, and is integrated with the gourmet area. A wonderful heated infinity pool connected to the sauna. The property area has 2500 m², beautiful landscaping and plenty of space for outdoor activities.

We are located 10 minutes from the Italian pizzeria Borgo del Vino, 20 minutes from Celeiro Monte Alto and 24 minutes from Vale dos Desejos. Just a 17-minute drive from Itaipava, the house is very quiet, with an industrial design and an incredible view to relax. The house has a swimming pool with a "beach" for children.
