The house is just 100 meters from the Sadelexpressen and Högåsliften. With these, you can get to, according to us and many others, Åre's best slopes, as well as onwards towards central Åre. The Hermelin lift which is another stone's throw away takes you to Björnen with a children's area and a cross-country skiing track.

Welcome to our beautiful family home located just ten minutes from Scandinavia’s largest ski resort, Åre. We are in a rural setting, with fantastic open views of the landscape including river Indalsälven. We can offer you complete privacy and serenity. The house has a large open-plan combined kitchen/living area with high ceilings. Out the front, towards the river is an extensive deck with a beautiful view. Our wooden fire sauna is free for all guests to use but has to be booked in advance.

Njut av en bekväm semester i detta centralt belägna boende i Duved, perfekt för två familjer. Här bor ni med oslagbar närhet till allt fjällen har att erbjuda. För er som älskar längdskidåkning erbjuder boendet fantastisk ski-in/ski-out direkt till spåren. Föredrar ni utförsåkning ligger närmaste transportlift bara 200 meter bort. Skidbussen, som enkelt tar er till Åre och Björnen, stannar lika nära. Ni har samma korta promenad på 200 meter till både affärer och restauranger.

The house is located on a hill with lovely views of the mountains and the Indalsälven river, a stone's throw from Undersåker railway station and grocery store. The home is suitable for one to two couples. Possibly a couple with older kids. The loft and frying staircase to the loft do not make it suitable for small children. No animals allowed. There are two bedrooms with 160 and 140 cm wide beds. Full equipped kitchen. Jötul fireplace. Huge south-facing terrace.
