Kerry’s garden cabin

Welcome to my cabin, set in the garden. Access to the cabin is through the side gate into the garden. Sleeps 2 on a double bed. Attached to my house, separate from the cabin but immediately in front of, is the exclusive use of your own downstairs shower room/toilet & kitchen area. Cabin is also a games room so guests have use of table tennis, football table, dart board and games. Just updated (May 2026)- new 65” smart TV. Portable AIRCON unit. Parking is in the road just outside the house.

Lower Lufkins Lodge

Lower Lufkins Lodge is a beautiful place to come and stay. With amazing views across open countryside looking towards the west, you get a sunset every evening…weather permitting! There is plenty of space to sit out and enjoy the garden, have a BBQ and light the fire pit. Perfectly positioned within Constable Country there are some lovely walks with stunning views. Idyllic house and gardens on estuary

A beautiful large farmhouse, dating from approximately 1600 and listed Grade II, in acres of idyllic gardens and overlooking a mile-wide river estuary. There is direct access from the bottom of the garden onto the ‘sea wall’ along the river, for walks and wonderful birdwatching. There is a duckpond (fenced) by the house and chickens (collect the eggs), and a large summerhouse with veranda in the garden, as well as a paddock of alpacas!
