Large living room with well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, small bedroom downstairs, upstairs spacious bedroom and TV area (mezzanine not closed and not secure for children!) Wood-burning stove, no Wi-Fi, 4G network. Living room with pool table! At the start of many trails, 5 minutes from the Lac de Lavalette nautical complex, 10 minutes from the Himalayan Bridge and 2 minutes from the Via Fluvia greenway!

Our priority : your comfort during your tourist or business getaways. We are at your disposal to make your stays as pleasant as possible. Located close to shops (400 m), the city center (1.5 km) from the hospital, the IFSI (800 m). At the junction of the main and tourist roads (Vallon Pont d 'Arc, Vogüé, Ruoms, Le Puy en Velay, Montélimar, Privas... ). A little bit of nature, very quiet. The bedroom with its sofa bed can accommodate 2 adults.

The farmhouse gîte

Hubert and Claudine welcome you to their cottage, which is attached to their home. "Le gîte du Mas", an old farmhouse dating from 1829, renovated by them. This one is 2 km from the village of Bourg-Argental. It is located on a south-east slope offering you a view of the green nature, in the heart of the Pilat Natural Park. The cottage is 75 m2 consisting of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen.

The authentic hamlet with its stone houses of the country, to a lot of charm, it is located at 400m altitude, facing south. The view is beautiful and changes according to the seasons and climate. The cottage is at the end of the cul de sac road that leads to the top of the hamlet of Malbosquet. Numerous hikes around the cottage, swimming in the river at maximum 10min by car.
