Charming archipelago house in the village

Entire upper floor with private entrance in archipelago house with roots from the 1700s. The house is located in the "village" in the middle of the island with walking distance to swimming in all directions, 30 meters to grocery store and 10 minutes walk to the ferry location Bratten. From the balcony with evening sun, you see sheep grazing on the meadow. The property has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine available in the bathroom, working wood stove in the kitchen. The property is about 75 square meters.

Hot tub, sauna and sea swimming - Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with almost all the facilities one needs. We have three rooms with beds for two people in each room. In addition, we have two extra beds to use for those of you who have children with you. Or it may be possible to rent the attefallstugan separately. It is a hidden idyll that was once a holiday island for Volvo employees. At that time, the island was called Trälen. You see Björkö, Karlatornet and Marstrand from the island.

The house is recently fully refurbished with all the comforts and perfect for up to four people. Private patio facing west. Gothenburg is reached in 15-20 minutes by car, parking is at the house. It's also close to the cozy islands in Gothenburg's northern archipelago.

Knarrholmen is a car-free island with several nice swimming areas, both with a sandy beach, bathing jetty and cliff jumping. You can only get there by ferry or your own boat. Knarrholmen can offer both paddle track, outdoor gym, sauna and nice walking paths. There is also a very nice restaurant on the island.

It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.
