Apartment located on the second floor of a small residence. It benefits from a prime location, as it is located 300 m from La Grande Conche beach. The apartment was fully renovated in the spring of 2023 and all its amenities are new. The main bed is located on the mezzanine, and the second bed is in the living room. Beautiful sea view apartment in a charming soulacais building. Large shared garden you will be able to make use of the left part, small gate that leads to the beach from the garden. We can leave two bikes at your disposal so we can enjoy our beautiful bike paths that are close to the property. In summer, restaurants, grocery store within walking distance. The beach of Amélie is at the end of the garden. The beautiful beach of La Négade nearby
