Welcome to my home. You will stay in a renovated "Arcachonnaise", with a modern extension, furnished and equipped with care and love! In 2026, new flooring, new carpet, new dishwasher, new induction cooktop! The garden, terraces, and private swimming pool (closed in winter) allow you to enjoy the outdoors in a quiet and residential area. Ideally located in the center, the market, restaurants and shops are a 5-minute walk. The train station is 15 minutes away.

Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.
