In many ways, the cottage resembles a tiny house with a small bathroom & shower, kitchen sink, microwave, induction hot plate, coffee maker, plates, glasses & utensils. Many of the restaurants & shopping amenities are located on the north end of Kearney.

Living room seats 12, dining table sits 8+2 at the island. The rest of the building is the owners own space, but can be utilized if there is a need. Options for washer & dryer + second bathroom are available. Great for family gatherings or visits, executive overnights, hunting or whatever brings you to town.

This special place is close to everything this small town of Holdrege has to offer from a sculpture garden you can stretch your legs at plus a cool coffee shop. Enjoy three different eateries within three blocks and one boasting a brewery that makes their own beer. If you’re in need of a cocktail that you can even swing a club we have it, all within walking distance.

Cozy Cabin on the River

This cozy cabin is located 5 minutes from downtown Kearney. It sits on the Platte River with an incredible view of the Nebraska sunrises and sunsets. It has a nice fishing lake stocked with bass, crappie, blue gill and catfish. The fishing lake is directly outside the cabin. This cabin is furnished with leather furniture, cable tv, a queen size bed, a double size bed and A/C.

The Bunkhouse

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This trailer has been completely renovated and has a new refrigerator and stove. Decorated in a western theme. The couch pulls out to make a bed if needed. Washer and dryer are available. It’s a cute comfortable place. Located close to Kearney and Minden.
