There is open space around the property and backyard with seats to enjoy a nice stay outside during summer. Please note, the house is made of wood, light noise may occur from footsteps or AC system.

Essentially its own apartment (the owners, 2 small children, and our hypoallergenic dog live upstairs full-time so you will hear noise like a regular apartment occasionally) with a keycode, private entrance. We have wifi, Rokus, pack-and-play, sound machine, and a kitchenette. Iconic Denver park one block away!
