The immobile is located in a private street, completely away from city traffic and is ideal for 2 families.The villa consists of two separate structures:Il Trullo: a queen room and a room with loft bed, bathroom and kitchen / dining room and Remesa:a queen room and one always with loft bed, bathroom and living room with a large porch with wooden roof,2 Covered parking,green areas,outdoor shower and a barbecue.

Trullo di nuovissima ristrutturazione . Composto da una parte antica finemente ristrutturata che si collega ad una parte moderna . La struttura è’ composta da una camera matrimoniale ( con aria condizionata) , un bagno con doccia e lavatrice , una cucina completa di tutto ( con lavastoviglie) che si affaccia su una veranda con gazebo , un soggiorno con divano letto , una camera da letto con 2 letti singoli eventualmente unibili in matrimoniale ed una veranda. Ogni stanza ha la tv .

Un'esperienza romantica e unica sotto le stelle. Solo per coppie adulte (18+), senza eccezioni.
