The Coach House is the beautifully converted annex of ‘The Old Rectory’; a very handsome Grade II listed seven-bedroom period home built by the son of the 1st Duke of Leeds back in 1720, in the pretty village of Harthill. Once a dairy farm, Shady Hall Farm now boasts 3 beautifully converted barns where guests can enjoy a peaceful stay in the stunning countryside. The Cow Shed can accommodate up to 8 (7th and 8th person on a sofa bed), with one of the rooms offering single beds on request. The Cow Shed has a private, enclosed garden space (including a hot tub) and boasts a modern interior, large living room with it's own log burner, and a separate kitchen diner with a striking vaulted ceiling.

The Farmhouse is our largest and oldest building at Cow Close Farm. Sleeping up to eight, the Farmhouse is warm, peaceful, and perfect to take some time to slow down and switch off. Enjoy the beautifully renovated interiors and the scenic views of the fields beyond. You will have access to our 20 acres of land, being restored as a haven for nature to flourish. Ideal for reflection and reconnection with the natural world. It is dog-friendly too!
