Our detached house with large garden is about 250 years old and has a lot of character. It is located in the middle of the countryside and is ideal for families, for hikers and those in need of peace and quiet and is located directly on the Dorfbach. There is a fountain for the cows of the neighboring organic farm, shade-giving trees and comfortable garden furniture. The swimming pool of the municipality is next door. To the village it is 10 minutes walk, to the organic farm shop 5 minutes. Two parking spaces are available.

In front of the house, a beautiful garden is at the disposal of our guests to play and relax. The Rheintaler Höhenweg runs right past the house and invites you to hikes and walks in the Appenzellerland and Rhine Valley. The house is only about 200 m away from the swimming pool, for which our guests have access to an entrance ticket in summer.

Sie wohnen in einem gemütlichen Zimmer mit Sicht in die Weinberge und haben ein eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC zur eigenen Nutzung. Waschmaschine und Tumbler stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung, ebenso die voll eingerichtete Küche. Eine sehr wohlerzogene ruhige Katzen-Lady wohnt ebenfalls in der Wohnung.

The cozy cottage impresses with lots of charm and coziness. Another highlight next to the sauna is the stream, which flows through the property and gives it a relaxed atmosphere. Whether those seeking peace, nature lovers or those interested in culture – everyone will find their retreat here.

The apartment is located above the city center of St. Gallen (5-minute walk) in the St. Georgen district directly in the Drei Weihern recreational area (1-minute walk). The proximity to nature, the wonderful garden, the swimming facilities and perfect for joggers make this place unique. The apartment is furnished with love. In the 70 m² large, bright apartment you have enough space to linger. The kitchen and bathroom are modern. We care a lot about cleanliness.

In Haus Steg in Steinegg, 2 minutes by car from the main town of Appenzell, we rent a homely vacation apartment for up to 5 people. 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and one single bed each, living room with TV; kitchen, microwave and coffee machine; raclette and fondue dishes available; bathroom with shower and WC; free Wifi, free parking, bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price. Dogs are very welcome.

Just the thing for a cozy weekend for two or alone in the middle of nature!! An extensive organic shop in the nearby farmhouse is always open for late arrivals. If you are looking for luxury in the traditional sense, the Bird's Nest is not the right place. The luxury of the bird's nest is its wonderful simplicity. No TV, no radio, no Wi-Fi disturbs the peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast basket if desired: 12.00/person

In a few minutes' walk along the canal you will find yourself in a beautiful and idyllic landscape with a nature reserve. From this accommodation you can also reach many places in the shortest possible time as the highway is only 5 minutes away. The border with neighboring Austria can also be reached in minutes.
