Spacious, very airy apartment, located in a building from the 1970s, quiet and calm, located a 14-minute walk to the new Basilica, next to a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a 3-story building, with no elevator. Not recommended for people with mobility issues. Large living room with balcony, beautiful view of Serra da Mantiqueira.
