There is a comm. pool (not heated), hot tub, tennis, pickle ball and basketball court. Pkg is in 2 car garage, driveway or street, 3 car max. Some of my belongings are in the home.

Shopping malls and restaurants are also within a 1-2 miles radius. Everything you need is all there which is very convenient.
