It is build the minimal cycladic architecture with big windows gazing the blue of the Aegean Sea. AC and Ceiling fans exist in each bedroom and living room.

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. It also has an outdoor dining area, sun loungers and a corner sofa. The pool has a waterfall and a small pool.

Relax in this peaceful, elegant place. The house is 17 sqm but has all the comforts for a pleasant stay of two people. The view is wonderful! There is an outdoor mini pool 4 sq.m. There is no space for a crib or amenities for hosting a child (or infant). It is exclusively for 2 adults
