You will love the decoration of the house. The walls are covered with authentic works of art made by national and international artists. Because of the open-space concept, the house has a lot of natural light, plants and colorful corners. All this small details will make you fall in love with Antigua Guatemala. Upon your arrival you will find a sparkling clean house. And during your stay, our staff will take care of you, of course, respecting your privacy. They will be available to clean the house, make beds, and wash the dishes and kitchenware. In addition, if you request it, they would happily give you the best tips of the city so you can have a pleasant local experience. You will book a private house with the service of a hotel! We are close enough to the city center, but far from the noise, over a silent street where you will find coffee shops, restaurants and small grocery stores. While relaxing in the rooftop jacuzzi, you will be delighted with a beautiful view of Antigua's colonial buildings and the surrounding volcanoes and mountains. During Semana Santa season, above from the rooftop, you could watch the traditional processions, the famous sawdust carpets and other religious activities. During your staying you will have access to all the spaces of the two-story house: FIRST FLOOR - Bedroom #1: with a double bed. - Bedroom #2: with a double bed. - Bedroom #3: with twin beds. - Two full bathrooms. - An open space of kitchen, living and dining room. - The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and everything you need if you want to practice your culinary skills. - Washer and dryer. - Interior patio with a modern fully functional fountain. SECOND FLOOR - A rooftop terrace with a resting area, a jacuzzi and a beautiful view. The very best part of the house! - Bedroom #4 (master): with a queen bed. - A full bathroom with walking closet. All beds have clean sheets, duvets and pillows, and all bathrooms are equipped with freshly laundered towels. If you need space to park cars, you can find a secure parking lot just 200 meters from the house. We can give you directions to use it. Visiting a new city is exciting but sometimes it can be confusing, so if you need any kind of assistance, you will count on us and we will help you as best we can. Remember: you will stay in a private house with the service of a hotel. Our staff will be available to you during your stay, always respecting your privacy and providing a cleaning service (bed making, dishes washing and general cleaning). If you do not want this kind of help, do not worry, just let us know. Antigua Guatemala is an ideal city to walk, relax and have a good time. The house is centrally located, but sits on a peaceful street away from lots of city noise. Grocery stores, coffee shops, popular restaurants, and a park where you can buy traditional Guatemalan food are all within walking distance. The stunning colonial Escuela de Cristo church is also nearby. The house is 10 minutes walk from the central park. In a Tuc-Tuc taxi you would probably arrive in 2 or 3 minutes. We will give you all the necessary instructions to get to the house, whether you come by car, taxi or private transport service. If you need space to park vehicles, you can find a secure parking lot just 200 meters from the house. We can give you directions.
