A well-equipped modern one bed apartment with large outside terrace. In a residential street next door to the Glass Museum and a five minute walk to all central amenities, bars, tapas bars, restaurants and museums. The nearest beach at La Malagueta is a 20 minute walk away. The apartment is registered with the Andalucia Government's tourism department - ref: VTF/MA/02156 Covid-19 protocols We have put in place cleaning protocols for the apartment to provide a safe and comfortable stay.

In addition, the city is located in the center of Andalusia, with access to large cities about 1 hour away by car.

Located 15 minutes from the airport, with magnificent views. A deposit of €500 is charged, which will be returned at the end, and a 20kw electricity fee per day is included. If consumption is higher, it will be charged separately. People other than guests are prohibited from entering the house, as are parties and noise that bother the neighbors. Smoking is not allowed inside

Villa Antequera

This beautiful Antequera estate is located in a prime location with wonderful views of five Andalusian provinces. The environment enjoys fantastic temperatures during the summer months, so there is no need for a cooling system due to the altitude at which it is located. During the winter the house has a boiler heating system and a large fireplace in the living room.
