Garden apartment with great views

Fantastic light and bright apartment on two floors. Lounge with sofa and table/chair set ,TV and radiator. Kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge and all necessary cooking utensils , cutlery and crockery. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. there is a beautiful en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower,toilet and wash-basin. Superb views from the bedroom over open fields. Off road parking. On pleasant road. Private access to apartment.

Welcome to this two bedroom house, which is your home away from home! Situated in a quiet culdesac away from the main road. The house has two comfortable double size bedrooms and can sleep 4 people. The University Hospital is only a 10 minute walk away, and there is easy access routes to both the M6 and the M69. Both Coventry city centre and arena are only a 15 minute drive from the house.
